Recruit Remote Staff
We will recruit you a high-quality worker to contract to you directly.
You take care of employment issues.
Filipino workers are direct contractors. We recommend offering them 2 weeks of paid holiday days per year.
You get to interview the candidates and trial them for 5 days. You will need to pay the candidate during the trial period.
If it doesn’t work out in the first 30 days, we’ll offer 1 free replacement campaign over a 1-month period. This guarantee expires within two months of losing your staff member as job applications expire.
You are responsible for ensuring remote staff are accountable for their hours.
Fully involve and induct your new staff contractor as you would any employee.
The worker will invoice you directly on a regular basis – generally in arrears on a monthly basis. We can recommend a FX payment system for PHP payments.
Expect an hourly rate between $10 – $20p/h. We recommend that you provide your new remote staff member bonus incentives.
